airborn. Special thanks goes to him! This is set before everyone found out about Shinji's good cooking, Im putting it in an alternate time where instead of everyone else knowing it, the Main character (Minato) finds out first-hand.



It was after school, Minato had finished packing his bags, he felt tired and sick..But he wasnt in the mood to try the putrid 'medicine' Mr. Edogawa offered him made from ingredients that was hardly edible, actually, he has no idea why he tries that in the first place, he knows its not going to cure him, he feels a little braver, sure, but what good does that bring?

He thought it was best that he just go back to the dorm and rest, he felt relieved that he didnt make any plans with anyone today, it would just be too painful. He took the train feeling a tad stomach-ache and a headache,as he got off the train he slowly walked to the dorm. At the door of the dorm, as he reached for the doorknob, he smelled something incredible..

Minato thought to himself " Woah.....Did Fuuka actually get good in cooking?" but wait, Fuuka was with Natsuki, he saw them at the school gate, and he overheard them talking about going to the mall to pick up something."Maybe she came back early" Minato stopped his train of thought there and opened the door.

Minato's eyes widened, never before has he seen such a sight, Shinjiro wore Fuuka's apron, (which was pink and printed full of flowers) and was cooking something for himself, as strange as it may seem, Shinjiro seemed to be enjoying himself.

"U-um...Shinjiro-san" Minato uttered, Shinjiro jumped up in shock, "Oh shit, someone came home early..." Shinjiro thought to himself, he tried to play it cool but somehow face didnt turn out right. "What do you want?" Shinji tried to sound cool and straight forward, but a small tremble escaped his lips. Minato at first wanted to laugh at the sight of Shinjiro-san wearing an apron, a pink apron with flower prints no less, but the thought of Shinjiro giving him a piledriver stopped him in his tracks.

"So...Youre cooking?" Minato tried to ask casually, and diverted his attention from the apron Shinjiro was wearing, "Uh...Yeah, so? You got a problem with that? Whatever." Shinjiro replied, he turned around and resumed cooking, "look, dont tell anyone okay?" He added coldly. "Urm...Okay," Minato did not dare question Shinjiro-san, thinking that he would run him through the walls. Suddenly he was reminded that he had not eaten, his stomach began to grumble loudly.

The long haired guy turned around, he was staring at Minato, "Oh shit, did I do something wrong?" Minato thought to himself, breaking into a cold sweat, Shinjiro looked around, and then redirected his attention to Minato, "......." Shinji remained silent for ahwile..."Want something to eat?" Shinjiro asked, his tone was suddenly more casual and friendly, Minato has always been so intimidated by him, but now he felt nothing of a sort..."Hey, Im talking to you," Shinjiro said, "oh, uh....Okay," Minato replied. "Hmph, how could you be a leader spacing out like a bitch?" Shinji remarked, no less he broke down some food stuffs and made some noodles for Minato. "Well, eat up....." Shinji said, although it seemed like he was trying to hide it, he was waiting for a reaction from Minato.

Minato felt tired and sick earlier, maybe it was beacause he hadnt had a bite since lunchtime, the aroma of the noodles rekindled his senses, he felt invigorated and refreshed, he took some noodles and slurped it up, it was amazing! The smooth noodles were full of taste and it felt like it melted in his mouth, suddenly Minato was polishing everything off, "This is great!" Minato exclaimed, smiling at Shinjiro. Shinjiro quickly hid his expression from Minato, although he wouldnt show it, Shinji felt accomplished and happy, "W-well, this is gonna be your last , Im not cooking shit for you anymore," Shinji told him, turning away from Minato's face. "Sure," Minato grinned, he thanked Shinji, cleaned up his own dishes, and went to his room. Shinji looked at Minato as he ascended to his room, "Weird kid...." Shinji thought to himself...But suddenly he was smiling at himself, thinking how Minato loved his cooking...

"Um...Shinjiro-senpai?"...Shinji turned his face towards the door, there he saw Fuuka, Yukari and Akihiko staring at him...."What?" Shinjiro replied. "W-why are you wearing my apron?" Fuuka asked, trying not to laugh. Yukari was giggling at the side, Akihiko had his jaw wide open, speechless. Shinji's eyes widened "Oh shit...." It finally occured to him that he forgot to take out the apron he wore....

Comments : This is one of my first fanfics ever, I just thought I could give Fanfic-ing a try since I write so much. Im not as good as most people here, but Ive done my best! (its currently 4 am here and Im tired, to sleep I will go to now)


"Fear....". the word has been echoing in the blue haired boy's head ever since he first pulled the trigger on an Evoker, what does he fear? He was not sure himself, but he did not give it much thought, he feels a sense of uneasiness whenever anyone of his dormmates gave a mention about his 'special ability' to switch personae.But he was not going to try to figure out what was wrong, he blasted his headphones to his ears as he went to his room.

"Pssh....Exams...." he hissed lightly, he knew he didnt want to, but he studied anyway, as he opened his mathematics textbooks, he reached in his pocket to take out his cell phone, 21:23....He had time to get through Linear Equations, he thought to himself, as he picked up his pen and began to calculate the first few questions, his head began to ache...A sharp pain rushed through from the back of his head and he rubbed the spot where it hurt, what was going on? He didnt even get through one question...."Maths must be murder, " Minato jokingly thought to himself, forcing a chuckle, but it wasnt funny, the pain wasnt going away, Minato's eyes felt heavy, his arms began to feel numb...He collected whatever energy he had left and collapsed at his bed.

And suddenly he was at where he met the long nosed gentleman, Igor, and the ever mysterious yet beautiful Elizabeth, Igor did not have his creepy but warm smile, this time, it was a look that was unfamiliar to Minato, For once, he thought Igor looked worried . "Welcome, I apologize for bringing you away from your studies, but I have an urgent matter I need to discuss with you..." Igor tucked his gloves in his front pocket as he gave a huge sigh. " It is rather unfortunate to say but, your strength over persona is growing in an intensively high rate." Igor said. Minato raised a brow, isnt that supposed to be a good thing? He thought, it was as if Igor read his mind as Igor continued, " Why is this unfortunate? it is beacause, your mind has not leveled with the strength of the personae you control."  Minato was mildly surprised, but he did not say a word. Igor continued " Now, I will not stop you from using them, but you must take heed of the words I speak, Personae, too, have their own minds," Igor paused for a heartbeat, and smiled as he ended " So, this is what I wanted to share with you, my concerns, now, rest, you have a test tommorow, and I apologise once again from seperating you from your studies."

Minato woke up, his back hurt, his neck had strained, "oh shit, I couldve at least fainted properly.." Minato groaned and got dressed for school...He checked his cell phone, it was pretty early in the morning, he walked to school as usual, and his tests went on as usual...Minato would normally do fine in the questions, but today his mind was troubled, he knew Igor's words were not to be taken lightly....But he pushed it aside and drowned himself in the questions in the tests.

Finally, The exams were finished, Minato let out a breath of relief as the last paper was passed up, Junpei jumped from his seat and screamed " Yeah Baby! The exams are over!!", Yukari turned around and asked Minato " How'd you do?", But Minato's mind was somewhere else, he had a blank face and was staring into blank space, obviously he was still troubled, and there seemed to be a full moon coming up soon, to add up to his worries..."Hello?? Earth to Minato!" Yukari's voice pierced through Minato's bubble of thought, and he replied blantly "Oh, well...Not to bad..." . "Ugh, I cannot believe it, the test was killer and you could still act so calm? Youre not human, Minato" Yukari groaned. Junpei butted in with a quick question, "so, how about Tartarus tonight? A full moon is coming up soon..". Minato nodded in agreement, packed up and went back to the dorm to inform Fuuka about Tartarus

Tartarus, the only place where he had no time to think about what Igor said, he had to focus on summoning his Persona, killing the shadows, and advancing further with his party of four, as he was advancing to another level, a sharp pain again recollected at the back of his head, as he flinched, he tripped on the steps and fell backwards, Akihiko grabbed him by the arms and had a questioned look on his face, "Are you okay? You dont look too hot," Minato forced a smile and shook his head, he wanted to reach the highest he could go today, it was usually his main aim when everyone was still pumping with energy.When the pain subsided he got back up and continued climbing the stairs, Mitsuru reached behind Yukari to express her concern about Minato's sudden accident. "Are you sure he looked healthy at school?" Mitsuru asked with a worried tone, "yeah he looked fine, he was spacing out a bit but that was it." Yukari replied, but now Yukari herself had a worried expression in her face, she knew something was amiss but she didnt voice it out.

Finally, they reached a floor where a strong shadow guards the area, Minato made sure everyone was at a good condition before they would charge, he was the leader, after all, and they charged on, The Shadow was huge, but there was only one, Minato made a first strike, swinging his blade at the leg of the giant shadow, the shadow flinched and gave out a loud bellow, he waved his arm in an attempt to hit Minato, "*gasp* Look out!" screamed Fuuka, but it was too late, Minato was sent to the back, his head hit a wall and he began to bleed, "Ergh....Shit...." Minato grunted softly and tried to get back up. "Minato!" Yukari was the first to realise what happened since Akihiko and Mitsuru were busy dodging the attacks of the shadow, she ran towards Minato and casted Dia, and slowly the wound behind his back was slowly mended, Minato smiled at Yukari as a sign of thanks, he picked up his blade and drew his Evoker.

"ORPHE-" before the trigger was pulled, his arms began to become numb, he slowly lost his breath and his sight became blurry, "We were just killing to be set free, Minato, just killing..." The voice echoed in his head, the pain at the back of his head intensified. and Minato fell to his knees, he held on to his head, the pain was far too intense for him to handle, he let out a sharp cry and to everyones surprise, emerged from Minato's head multiple personae, Minato  himself did not even know he had such personae, they did not give their names, but they had a huge swell of power and energy within them, they were fierce and aggresive, an armoured persona, with white hair and a spear, riding on a white horse launched the first strike, he lunged his spear towards the giant shadow, and the shadows back was impaled with the spear, the shadow bellowed in pain as black blots of what seemed to be blood spewed out of its back, then came another Persona, a humanoid figure bound to a wheel of flame, casted Agidyne towards the shadow, and its arm was heavily burnt, the pain appeared endless but it was not over yet, a blonde little girl passed along Minato, looking at him with a provoking smile,  he wondered what she was doing here and suddenly, there was a flash in her finger as she pointed at the shadow and screamed " Die For Me! " and what seemed to be cards with spears fell on the shadow, instantly killing it."She was a persona!?" Thought Minato, in shock of everything he witnessed.

"Whats going on?" Junpei asked Fuuka at the bottom of Tartarus, Fuuka was at a lost of words, she couldnt describe what just happened, all she could do was watch, "What is this?" Akihiko was in shock, the reaction from the entire group seemed to be the same, everyone just stared at Minato, while he held on to his head, they were even more surprised beacause the persona did not disappear...They were afraid, did Minato lose control of his ability? How was this even possible? The armoured persona came forward with his horse, and said to Minato " I await the day we will fight again, Minato, continue to grow in strength." as he slowly dissolved as he passed Minato, the Persona on the wheel snickered  "But dont make us wait too long." and passed by, disappearing slowly, and finally the little girl chuckled and said with a sweet but deathly voice "Or we just might have to eat you up inside out..." said the girl with a playful voice as she skipped into the abyss that was Minato's mind.So this was Igor's warning....He now knew what he 'feared', he feared lost of control, he feard the worst, he feared his Personae would, as the little girl said, 'eat him up'...His eyes felt heavy once again, and he fainted...

Minato woke up in the comfort of his bed, he seemed to be fairly tucked in and nothing seemed to be wrong physically......He went down the dorm to see everyone worried, Junpei was the first to voice out, it seemed he too know the story "H-hey...You Okay man?"...Junpei had quite a melancholic look in his face, Minato has never seen this face ever since Junpei flunked his PE test. Minato gave an assuring smile and tried to reply brightly, "im fine.", although Mitsuru, Yukari, Akihiko and Fuuka didnt seem convinced, Junpei cheered up and gave Minato a pat in the back, "Sweet! I was freaking worried man!" Junpei seemed convinced enough, maybe he was as naive as he looked, Minato thought, he tried to look happier in front of everyone and slowly they forgot about it as Minato has stopped having such impulses...However, Minato had a sudden change in the way he looked at training with shadows, he knew he had a time limit, his personae were getting impatient, they wanted some action, and Minato, whether he liked it or not, was gonna have to satiate that feeling.
